  2. Theological Education: Recognize and strengthen the defining role of theological education in mission and evangelism by equipping leaders with a strong foundation in Christian doctrine and biblical affirmations, which is necessary to serve effectively.
  3. Lay Leadership Development: Foster an environment that encourages lay leadership development, thereby ensuring accountability and empowerment within and among the laity essential to achieving congregations’ vitality.
  4. Church Workers Welfare: Prioritize the welfare of church workers, advocating for fair compensation and benefits and support systems that enhance their well-being, dignity, and effectiveness in ministry.
  5. Property Development: Promote property development initiatives that not only enhance church infrastructure but also serve the faith community by creating spaces that foster fellowship, education, and outreach.
